Most people don’t need IT support. They need one reliable local person who understands their setup and helps them make the right decisions when technology gets confusing.

On Call Tech Solutions is a local-only personal tech concierge service. I work with a limited number of nearby clients and become their go-to person for technology.

No ticket systems. No call centers. No explaining your setup over and over.

How it works

1. One-time paid setup
We start with a paid setup where computers, Wi-Fi, backups, and security are reviewed so everything is solid and understood.

2. Paid, ongoing monthly support
After setup, you move into paid, ongoing monthly support — giving you continued access to help, advice, and troubleshooting from someone who already knows your environment. This is not hourly or per-incident billing.

3. Local, personal, month-to-month
No contracts. No outsourcing. Local clients only. Limited availability by design.

Who this is for

This is a good fit if you live or work in the Saugerties or Woodstock area and want calm, ongoing help from one person who knows your setup. You’ll be working directly with Mike.

This is not a fit for remote-only support, enterprise IT, or emergency break/fix work. It’s also not the cheapest option available — by design.
